Rockstar Games’ most anticipated title, GTA 6, continues to dominate headlines as fresh leaks emerge almost daily. However, one major question remains unanswered: When is GTA 6 coming to PC?

Until now, Rockstar has kept quiet about the PC release date, leaving fans guessing. But recently, Corsair’s CEO may have dropped a major clue! In a statement that’s grabbing attention, he hinted at the possible release window for GTA 6 on PC.

GTA 6 Release Date for PC

During Corsair’s recent earnings call, CEO Andy Paul was asked about GTA 6, and his response has sparked major buzz in the gaming community. He stated:

“GTA 6 is probably the one everyone is talking about. And we’ll get a glimpse of that, I think, later on in the year for console. My understanding now is it’s going to come out in the fall for console, and then early ’26 for PC.”

This is one of the first times we’ve heard any kind of timeline for the PC release of GTA 6, and while it’s not an official confirmation from Rockstar Games, it definitely gives fans something to look forward to.

Andy Paul also emphasized just how demanding GTA 6 could be for PC hardware. He added:

“And GTA 6, the most anticipated and hardware-demanding game, is now in sight, although still likely a year away.”

With GTA 6 promising cutting-edge visuals and expansive gameplay, it’s clear that PC players might need to gear up for some serious upgrades to get the best experience.

Meanwhile, Rockstar Games and its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, have yet to release any official statement regarding the PC launch of GTA 6. So far, the only confirmed details came from Trailer 1, which announced the game’s release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles, leaving PC players eagerly awaiting more news.

In a recent interview with IGN, which we previously covered, Take-Two’s CEO, Strauss Zelnick, acknowledged the growing importance of PC as a platform. He said:

“We have seen PC become a much more and more important part of what used to be a console business, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see that trend continue.”

This suggests that while GTA 6’s initial focus is on consoles, a PC release is almost inevitable—it’s just a matter of when.

Adding to the hype, a Hong Kong-based retailer recently made headlines by listing GTA 6 early—even before any official announcements from Rockstar. The listing included not only a price but also a possible release window. We covered that in detail and found some very interesting insights, fueling even more speculation about the game’s timeline and pricing strategy.
